To invite a collaborator, log in to the ClearCorrect Doctor Portal, open the relevant patient case, and go to the “Collaborators” tab. Click “Add Collaborator” and enter the collaborator’s email (e.g. name@orthotps.com). Choose their access level (View Only or Edit / Full Access), then click “Save.”
“View Only” access lets collaborators see case files and digital setups without making changes. “Edit / Full Access” allows them to modify the treatment plan, submit orders, and make clinical adjustments. Choose the level based on how involved the collaborator will be in the treatment.
First, make sure you clicked “Save” after entering their email. Then, double-check that the email address is correct and appears under the “Collaborators” list. Also ensure that all required files (STLs, photos, X-rays) have been uploaded for seamless access.
Yes, collaborators can leave comments or use the messaging tools within the ClearCorrect Doctor Portal. This helps streamline communication about treatment plans, revisions, and feedback.
